How It Works
Send us a current written quotation from a qualified service provider before authorizing the work. Once we confirm that the quotation meets the eligibility requirements, we will provide the comparable service for 5% less than the qualifying competitor’s price.
For example, if the qualifying quoted service price is $400, our price will be $380, before applicable taxes and excluded third-party charges.
Terms and Conditions
- The competing quotation must be current, written, and issued by a qualified and appropriately insured service provider.
- The quotation must be for a directly comparable service, including the same project type, scope, deliverables, assumptions, turnaround time, location, revisions, and number of site visits.
- Where multiple qualifying quotations are provided, the guarantee will apply to the lowest verified comparable price.
- The competing quotation must be submitted before our services are authorized or work begins.
- The 5% reduction applies to the comparable base service fee before applicable taxes.
- The guarantee does not apply to incomplete quotations, bundled prices that cannot reasonably be separated, promotional or introductory offers, volume arrangements, or pricing provided under confidential agreements.
- Travel, accommodation, permits, taxes, third-party charges, equipment rentals, expedited-service fees, and work outside the quoted scope are excluded unless expressly included in both quotations.
- Additional modelling revisions, site visits, retesting, redesign, or services resulting from project changes are excluded unless included in both comparable quotations.
- The guarantee is limited to eligible services and does not apply to mechanical design, engineering, consulting, certification, or other professional services unless specifically confirmed in writing.
- We reserve the right to verify the competing quotation and confirm that all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
