Customer Service Agent

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our Alberta team based out of our office in north-east Calgary.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting clients with energy evaluation bookings
  • Working with clients to understand service offerings and related government incentives
  • Scheduling and managing appointments
  • File administration

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude with customer-service orientation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in working in an office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Positive personality and willing to take on a variety of tasks
