Administrator / Personal Assistant

The VT Group consists of Acacia Engineering, Verdatech Energy Management & Consulting and Qualistat Building Performance Consultants. Our services include mechanical engineering design, energy management consulting for the residential and commercial sectors and building envelope consulting and diagnostic services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Administrator to join our team based at our office in north-east Calgary.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to management, including email management, managing schedules and project management
  • Assisting clients with booking energy evaluations and other services
  • Working with clients to understand our service offering, particularly government incentives
  • Scheduling and managing appointments
  • Processing invoices
  • File administration


  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in working in an office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Positive personality and willing to take on a variety of tasks
