We designed the mechanical systems for a multi-use facility featuring a 12-bay car wash, lube store, warehouse, and office space. The scope included heating and ventilation for the car wash and lube store, snowmelt systems for exterior areas, and in-floor heating with dedicated ventilation for the office space. Each system was tailored to provide precise climate control, operational efficiency, and safety across the facility’s diverse functional areas.
