Our team completed the full mechanical design for a six-storey, 361-unit residential complex in Sherwood Park with underground parking. The project included the design of hydronic heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems serving both the residential units and the parkade. Each system was carefully engineered to provide reliable year-round comfort, maintain excellent indoor air quality, and support energy-efficient operation throughout the building.
