The University District in Calgary features a cutting-edge project comprising eight stacked buildings, each housing either six or eight apartments, alongside a separate Bar Building accommodating 92 apartments, all equipped with an underground parkade. These energy-efficient living spaces offer single-level convenience. Our collaboration with the client commenced at the project’s inception, enabling us to deliver hydronic heating, ventilation and plumbing design that not only met the energy efficiency objectives but also provided a functional mechanical system tailored for compact spaces.
