For this multi-storey apartment building, our team carried out a comprehensive investigation to address persistent overheating concerns. Using data loggers, heat loss and gain analysis, and detailed air measurements, we identified the underlying issues affecting thermal balance. The resulting recommendations and corrective measures significantly improved resident comfort and optimized the building’s overall energy performance.
