The community engaged our team to conduct ASHRAE Level 2 Energy Audits to identify opportunities for improving energy efficiency across several key facilities, including the airport, fitness centre, fire hall, soup kitchen, and annex. The assessments involved a comprehensive evaluation of each building’s existing systems—envelope, mechanical, lighting, and controls—to determine baseline performance and identify cost-effective Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs).
Our analysis revealed a range of upgrade opportunities, with the potential to reduce overall energy consumption by up to 73%. These recommendations aim to enhance occupant comfort, reduce operating costs, and support long-term sustainability goals for the community.
