Acacia Engineering provided NECB 2020 energy modelling for the new Southgate Medical Centre in Lethbridge, a two-storey facility with clinics, a pharmacy, and office spaces. Our work ensured the building met and exceeded code requirements for energy performance.
By optimizing the building envelope, HVAC systems, and hot water equipment, the design achieved lower energy use and reduced greenhouse gas emissions compared to the reference standard. These improvements will help deliver long-term efficiency, lower operating costs, and a comfortable environment for occupants.
