A comprehensive blower door test was conducted on this 348,690 ft2 warehouse, employing 12 separate blower doors installed at various entry points throughout the structure. The testing followed ASTM E3158-18 Standard Test Method for Measuring the Air Leakage Rate of a Large or Multizone Building. Furthermore, a comprehensive infrared review was conducted. The final ACH achieved was 0.16 at 50 Pa.
