Livingston Corridor – Multifamily Row Homes
This Brookfield Residential development features a large multi-family site composed of modern row homes. VT Group provided complete HVAC mechanical design services for the entire project scope.
Each home incorporates a high-performance forced-air heating and cooling system paired with a heat recovery ventilator (HRV) to deliver efficient, balanced ventilation and enhanced indoor comfort.
Our design process focused on precision and efficiency, utilizing detailed CSA F280 heat loss and heat gain calculations to optimize system sizing. By refining airflow distribution and duct routing, we minimized bulkheads and duct sizes while maintaining system performance and aesthetic integration.
The result is a streamlined, energy-efficient mechanical design that aligns with Brookfield’s vision for sustainable, high-quality residential communities.
