Belvedere Apartments – Calgary, Alberta
Located in Northeast Calgary, the Belvedere Apartments represent another successful collaboration with Minto Communities. This large multi-family residential complex features multiple buildings designed for modern urban living, with a strong focus on comfort, efficiency, and sustainability.
Our team provided comprehensive mechanical system design, optimizing the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems through detailed CSA F280 heat loss and heat gain calculations. By accurately modeling each suite, we were able to optimize duct sizing, enhance energy efficiency, and significantly improve occupant comfort through balanced airflow and temperature distribution.
This is the second major Minto project in Northeast Calgary where we’ve applied our data-driven approach to mechanical system design — continuing to demonstrate the value of precision engineering and performance-based optimization in large-scale residential developments.
