This is a small six-unit townhouse development located in Northeast Calgary. Each unit is equipped with an individually controlled forced-air heating system for maximum efficiency. Heating is provided by a high efficiency condensing furnace with a concentric vent configuration. Fresh air is introduced via motorized intake dampers. Ventilation is supplied through a principal ventilation fan and distributed through the furnace ductwork.
